I am Natalia, I love Yoga, animals, eating and reading, among other things. I've been practising for over 10 years, and have a background in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin and Buddhist Meditation.

Located in Bristol, I aim to provide a fun Yoga experience, based on the study of ancient history and philosophy, as well as on scientific evidence of the benefits of these practices for mental and physical wellbeing.

I have a background in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin and Buddhist Meditation. My classes are a mix of these, including flowy and fun physical movement, relaxing stillness and grounding breathwork. 

All levels are welcome: different variations are given to suit every body and everybody.
